Appeal not before 29/08/11

Hi good morning though i let you know i gotletter today asking if i still wanted to go ahead with my appeal and if so to send this back with in the next 14 days

i then turned the page and to my suprise in inch high it said When can you expect your appeal to be heard ?
not befoe the 29 /08 /11 wow ok
i just thought this mightlet people know just how long it is taking here in the south east of kent

Hi, they seem to be fairly accurate with their estimates. Seems like they're already snowed under and this is before the IB ESA transfer.

I think it's maybe the same all over the country am up in Aberdeenshire and had to wait near on 11 months for my ESA appeal which I won without showing as I have neuro lupus and had to wait 6 months for my DLA appeal which i have tomorrow..

Well I wish I could get my appeals and get it over with as I am stating to find it difficult getting on with everything with this still up in air....

Sept 09 ESA and Nov 09 DLA so almost 18 mths now for the ESA appeal, i've had 2 medicals for it and may even get the next in october before my appeal...no i hope it will be soon but it is rediculous waiting so long.

Got to try and keep the fight up, it gets more difficult with time but always some comfort here in this site.
