Daily diary

hi everyone,

how detailed does a daily diary need to be? does it need to be to the Nth degree or just general?

I am struggling over how much information to give and how 'detailed' it should be

any pointers?

whats the diary for?

A diary can be a good way of showing how things are for you from day to day and helping to put any medical report into perspective.

I think the key thing about a diary is that you need to think what points you want to make. So if you want to show how much care you need, you need to be showing what care you need when (without great detail on the care) so that the decision maker can add it up.

is there anyone that could look at my diary for me and let me know if it is what is needed?

I want to make sure I do this right.

I would expect to have date

times tablets taken each day

pain commented on at least 5 times a day

things you could not manage to do because of problems


things you could manage to do

things that could only be managed with help.

any times extra nedication needed example nitro spray

You don't actually have to be getting the care, you just need to show that you NEED the care.
