Hi Good morning,
Well its here the submission paper work but i still do not have a typed copy of the EMP report Can i insised on a typed copy please can anyone tell me before i make a totle twit of myself and phone them thank you Jacqui

Hi Jacqui,

You could ask the tribunal clerk at the regional office to ask that a tribunal judge issue a direction that the DWP provide a typed transcript. Explain why you need one and point out that it would be a breach of natural justice if you were not able to have access to the evidence being used to make the decision. It's best that you do this in writing.

But in the end, no, there is no automatic right to a transcript.

Hi Dave its not my sight thats the problem it the illegableity of the handwriting its really really bad
