Can anyone tell me what medical conditions are in the Work Capability Assessment to exempt a person from it, eg does cancer or heart conditions make you exempt. thanks
There are no specific medical conditions that exempt you from the WCA, however, there are circumstances that will do so. You can read about these on page 15 of the Understanding ESA guide in the Members area.
