won ESA tribunal

Just to let you all know I won ESA after a year of hassle from them the DWP I have neuro Lupus with a list of things but scored zero points from ATOS.
Last week I sent in about 20 consultant notes and appointments to the tribunal panel.
C.A.B phoned me this morning to say that I need not attend the tribunal you have won your case without attending and the panel were very sorry and understanding.
So it seems the more consultant notes you can submit the better..
DLA tribunal next week so hope that goes my way too..

Hi, Thats great news. Did it take very long for them to get in touch with you after you sent your paperwork to them. I am waiting for my tribunral date but they say it won't be before the middle of June.
