Having just read another post about appealing i am confused as my sister phoned further the letter and we have been told they will make a new decision in up to 14 weeks - is this the same as a appeal they have not sent any paperwork or asked for further written stuff just listened to what my sister said on the phone giving the reasons we did not agree with the origianl decision. Have to now missed the date for appealing against this decison. Has anyone else done it this way. Tiggy
It sounds like your sister has asked for a revision over the phone. If this is the case and they choose not to change their decision, you will then have one month from the date of the new decision to lodge an appeal.
