I have been on IB 7 years now, with my review 6 weeks overdue now. Coincedentally or not I attend a work focussed interview tomorrow, which I have not come across before. Do they have any authority to insist I answer health questions? my guess is they are merely there to advise on options open to me. The letter is quite abrupt. Advice welcome please. I was going to call the contact name but have decided against.
Your work-focused interview is mandatory; it is important that you turn up. You will be required to discuss your health and help the advisor draft an 'action plan', but for IB claimants, you will not be required to carry out your action plan, that part is not mandatory.
You will find more information about WFIs in the members' area.
