1 Year ESA

Hi, I have been searching the site for information but can't find it, sorry!

When does the '1 year' start from, for the work related group?

The DSS decision was dated 14/09/10, and I won my appeal today.

Where did you get the one year from?

Hi Derek, I thought if you were put in the work related group, you had 6 pathways interviews and then had to move on to JSA after a year??!!

I think you are getting confused with contribution-related ESA, which ends after a year.

Assuming you are on income-based ESA, you will receive it until the DWP decide to reassess you, whenever that may be.
