Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi,
You don't say whether your daughter has had a medical or not. But it sounds like your daughter has been placed in the work-related activity group rather than the support group. As you say, you do need the decision letter before you can decide whether you wish to challenge the award.
Write to the office dealing with your daughter's claim - if you are her appointee - and ask for a decision letter. If you don't receive one within a reasonable time - say 14 days - contact your MPs office and ask them to pursue the matter for you.
Good luck,
Steve
