asked for a review

Right after 15 years ish on HRM only I have decided to ask for a review as I think as do my docs I have a decent case for care too.... I don't think I make HRM but I think I do have a solid case for MRC IMO of course and having read everything here and on DWP site Medical Hand Book A to Z of conditions and also reading up how you can be affected by problems on NHS Choices and NICE.


I filled the form in using down loaded form from here....

I added 4 letters from consultants one from my GP one from a community nurse and listed 8 different consultants they could write to.

I did NOT fill in the mobility part I wrote NO CHANGE I DO NOT WANT MOBILITY REVIEWED

Of course they can do what they want, and I am sure they will ... I am not a card player but IMO even if they reduced Mobility and give lower care I would be no worse off, if they give lower mob and middle care better off,and if I get middle care and keep higher mob I am better off


I have also sent feed back on the form as they ask for. They should make it that once you put your NI number on one page it puts it on all pages as when you print off the form its lose pages and they might lose it


So packed up and sent special delivery all I have do to now is wait
