it took my husband 3 goes over 2.5 years....to be awarded his HRDLA
we where even humiliated and put down as liars at Tribunal level
but in the end
re-applied all over again.this time submitting every letter and piece of evidence that I could lay my hands on.including paying £30 for a letter from his treating consultant.to send in alongside the claim form
this time he won
although they took 14 weeks to make their decission.it came good in the end
so keep on going
although I know from experience the shattering stress that is called for to be given your rights
you have paid into the system.you are now disabled.and it is your rights to now go and ask for help from that system
