Hi Gordon thanks for your reply. I guess I just hoped that as the claims were classed as linked for qualifying for benefit purposes and caused by going back to work when I really was nt well enough to it seemed fairer for the claims to be heard together!Guess I will just have to go to this Tribunal for this claim and then go to the other as and when. To be honest if I could afford to walk away I would I am just so tired of this ridiculous system! Thanks anyway Janice
