My husband suffers with epilepsy and suffers with bowel and bladder movements when he fits. I have been reading the ESA guide lines and it says that nil points are awarded if continence is caused by having a fit. Is this true?

yes I read that and also somewhere in detail why it is so, will try and find the link it made medical sense but did not deal with the fact you still have a problem
