My question was where in this document are the detailed information on who gets into the support group, not the short list dying chemo radio therapy expecting...

Right my brains not working that link looks to me like the link that shows you if you get into the group that in future will be limited to one year.

No, it is the assessment of whether a claimant has limited capability for *work-releated activity*, not limited capability for *work*, i.e. whether someone should go into the support group. However, it doesn't include the provisions relating to exceptional circumstances. I don't know where those are published, although you can find the details in our guide to ESA.
