Hi I was awarded DLA for an indefinate period after filling it in every three years for the past eight years now I have got a review form to fill in can anyone shed any light as to why they do this? and is this standard procedure? Thanks Sandy
Unfortunately, although your award is indefinite, the DWP are entitled to review it at any time. The process is usually random, so it is unusual for them to do so more than once, but not impossible.
