hello can you help with this question please i am claiming esa as a couple my wife is starting work part time she as to work 1 month in advance the question is will they stop her part of esa straight away or in 2 months time when she gets paid thanks for any help
I've checked the government website on this and it would appear that you can't get ESA whilst you are in work, unless it is permitted work (for more details of permitted work, see our guides), but she may be entitled to extra help when she starts work.
