quick ESA request why one of first?

My I.B. was due for assessment in 2012 I have received a letter stating that I will be sent the E.S.A. form to fill in and then may be assessed.
How many points are needed to be in the category deemed not to be able to work. I have lots and lots of medical problems some long standing and chronic and I am frightened that I will be placed in the category to find work.I know what my limits are.

Are you in the Aberdeen or Burnley Benefits Delivery Centre area? If so, then you may have been selcted for the IB to ESA pilots. If not then you should not be being sent an ESA50.

I live in between Blackburn and Accrington about 12 miles from Burnley. I was not aware that i came under Burnley the form has come this morning.

is there an address on the letter telling you which office sent it out
