As soon as they received my written wish to appeal, the ESA was started again.
Best wishes,
Rachel

Hi Jen,
Go to appeal, you may have to wait but you will go in front of a judge with more common sense in his / her little finger than all that ATOS lot put together. Remember they have a financial incentive to fail you and on appeal 40% of cases are found in favour of the claimant.
When this migration from IB starts to ESA they will be failing most people that they look at so the cost to the tax payer is going to be massive to cover the cost of appeals.
If as the Tory party keep saying they are fair then they should save the tax payers money by telling ATOS that if they get the medical wrong over say 10% of the time then they ATOS will foot the bill.
That way genuine sickness would score points and not 0 points as they do at present.
Better still why not use ATOS to look at MPs ability then when they score 0 we can be rid of most of them.
Keep fighting Jen they want you to give up to save them money.
Tom
