Hi All
Just recieved my medical report, it is so contradictory.
I have been awarded lower care DLA, in it the medical professional states because of the significant loss of grip in both l/r hands I am unable to prepare, cook or handle cooking pots.
They also stated I need help to dress and undress without help due to retrictive movement.
Than they go on to say I am able to get in and out of a bath/shower,which is all wrong. I explained on bad days I need help to get out or in bed as I am unable to weight bear and cannot help myself up as I have very little grip/strength in my arms. I am unable to challenge this (I think) as my case never went to tribunal as DWP found in my favour with the above award.
I cannot understand why as they have accepted I cannot cook etc, due to the above but somehow find I am fit for everything else. The mind boggles.
