Hi,

If your papers are being forwarded to the Tribunal Service (and you have recevied no other letters to the contrary) it would indicate that as part of the 'Appeal Process' a reconsideration has been carried out by the DWP and they were unable to change the original decision not to award you ESA. Hence your case papers are being forwarded to the independent Tribunals Service.

The Tribunal serrvice will make contact with you in the future re the appeal Tribunal. How long this will be is anyones guess as the Tribunals Service are somewhat overloaded in some areas.

You should soon also receive a copy of the paperwork through the post as well (commonly referred to as The Secretary of States Submission).

Pete
