Won ESA appeal in Dec '09 - now another ESA50!

Long story short: I won my ESA appeal in Dec '09 (in previous post) and have been in the work-related group. I have just received another ESA50 questionnaire from ATOS. Is this normal, ie. is everyone re-assessed so soon? I will call them, but the thought of having to start from scratch again after such a battle to get justice is awful.

I have also had to battle for so long just to get on a waiting list for some therapy from the NHS.

Are there any options?

I did do a search first - most threads related to people in the support group, or to IB.
I did eventually find one thread that related.
