My Mri showed "advanced central and bilateral lateral canal stenosis affecting the L5" I've just had spinal injections to both sides which has taken away the pain at the moment. I'm in the middle of a dla reconsideration and have just recieved a esa50 form to complete after 1 year on esa benefit.
Do I continue to complete the form and state what the back pain/mobility was like? what happens if I get a medical and show no discomfort? the spinal injections are only expected to give a few months of freedom from pain. can anyone advise?
