hello all have done a search but no joy, am i allowed to take referance notes about my condition, and my written answers that i have put on the esa form into my medical appointment? this is because of poor recollection on my part. kind regards pete
I have the same problem so i wrote things down just so that i didnt forget anything (i even do this when i go to see my GP and Consultant) the atos dr who assessed me had no problem with that at all. I was worried that i would be ushered in and rushed through the medical and forget vital information. Good luck!! please let us know how you get on.
