Last year my partner won his tribunal by using the help and advice from this site. He was diagnosed with hemaphlegic migraine during the tribuanl by the attending nuerologist expert based on our descriptions of his condition. He would regularly start to shake, lose consciousness have to be sat down somewhere safe until the attack passed, lasting up to 20 to 30 seconds. After the attacks he would remember nothing about it. Also during the attack, he could not speak and the left side of his face dropped. The following 5 to 7 days would follow with aura migraine, one or two weeks of normal health and then start all over again. Now He has been for another medical request, and the doctor in france employed by the english governement was horrible again, insinuating that he was capable of full time employment and that he did not want to work and what the hell was he doing living in france anyway, besides the fact that his partner lives and works in france. So now we wait again for the findings from the computer test results which have no bearing on his condition. Any suggestions.?
It sounds like a very unpleasant medical your partner had, but I'm afraid all we can suggest is that you wait and see what the result is and use our guides to help you with an appeal if that is necessary. But you never know, even horrible doctors have to pay a little attention to reality.
Good luck,
Steve
