Transitional Protection tax exemp

Hi can someone please tell will i loose my tax exemption on my inc/benefit when i get transfered to E.S.A.

Could you be a tad more specific please.

At the moment i dont pay tax on my incapacity benefit because i was on IB before 1995 will i have to start paying tax when i get transfered to E.S.A from IB

If the reason is because your extra income e.g. Occupational pension, is below £85 per week or you're on High Rate DLA Care or your IB claim began prior to April 2001 then the answer is no, you will continue to pay no tax on your [Contribution Based] ESA.

Thanks for the reply my occupational pension is above £85 per week and have been on IB since 1993 so its tax exemp at the moment.
Is there any link where its states that i wont pay any tax when i get transfered to ESA.
