ESA support group payment problem was created by Robert
My wife was put into the support group at the end of the 14 week assesment phase. We should have recieved a payment yesterday but did not. I wondered if it was to do with the bank processesing the payment but still not showing today.
We have been on contribution based income related. Just realised it is 26 weeks from date of claim. Should we have had some more forms to fill in or should things carry on has before. What normally happens after 26 weeks.

The 26 week limit only applies to JSA claims and not to contribution-based ESA or indeed income-based ESA.
There is no requirement to complete any further forms, so the JCP/BD office which deals with your wife's ESA claim will need to be contacted, to find out what is happening with her ESA payments?

Made enquiry and which took 2 days to get a answer from them. For some reason it has not reached our bank even though it has been processed. It is now going to be beginning of next week before it goes in.
