Med4 form

I have been in receipt of incapacity benefit for some years. I have been sent a form IB50 to complete. It doesn't ask anywhere for a Med4 form from my doctor. Can anyone explain. Thanks

You usually only get asked to provide a Med4 when you make your initial claim for IB. But Med4s, along with most other medical certificates, were abolished following the introduction of the 'fit-note' earlier this year.
