Hi,An aquaintence claims that a Schizophrenic friend of hers has been "written off"and now hopes to go abroad to live having their IB sent to them there. 1)Is this possible? 2)Is "written of" an official position and what would be the general criteria for such? 3)Is IB payable abroad? This is probably something quite a few people might like to know so hoping someone may assist?
