DLA NIGHTMARE !!

I have had a nightmare for the last three years now with DLA. They had all the evidence from the start.

Back specialist Report which stated I was severely disabled. My doctor report said the same. I have osteoarthritis. I have carpul tunnel syndrome. Diabetes. High cholestral. I am under the hospital for suspected glaucoma. My doctor states I have severe osteoarthritis in my back and right hip and its so bad I am unable to walk. I have a blue badge issued by the council because my doctor filled a form in for them to say I was unable or virtually unable to walk. I have had long term mental health problems and so unable to get to the Citizens Advice.

I am on low rate mobility and low rate care, initially DLA turned me down three years ago, but the tribunal awarded me the low rates. However they are so corrupt its not real. I have had my local MP on the case. I have a file so big I am unable to lift it. Everyone says I should be on the Higher Rate Mobility. The occupational therapist came out two years ago and had several aids and adaptions to my house fitted.

I was going to go out on a campaign trail tomorrow, a tour of the polling stations in the area on a mobility scooter, however I have a puncture so it's been parked at the front of my house next to the road. It will be there all day tomorrow. It has all made me very ill, and its all because of a report by one of their dodgy doctors, they took no notice of my GP or Back Specialist or the Occupational therapist and keep going on the doctors report thats in their pay (nudge nudge wink wink) It was a complete fabrication he estimated I could walk 400 metres, when he never even saw me stand up let alone walk!! He contradicted himself from page to page. I complained but they ignored it.
