I'm going through the papers of my DLA appeal. The DWP have used the ESA85 form to refuse me, and I've found several instances of wrong information, and contradictions already. Now I was a Medical Secretary, and I spotted the doctor had put me as taking a medication which looked similar in name to what I take - so I assumed (wrongly)that he'd used the generic term. Still it niggled me, so I've checked it on t'internet. It's not a generic term for what I take at all. In fact I'd probably be dead by now if I was taking it! So it really does pay to check, check and check again. Jenny
