Hi Jay,

If you click on Help for Claimants in the orange menu and then choose employment and support allowance you'll find the downloadable guides to ESA. The points system is explained in the Understanding ESA guide.

You can also try the online ESA test at:

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/employment-and...e/start-the-esa-test

Good luck,

Steve

Sorry to read about you being poorly Jay.

Please try not to worry too much, and if Mind are willing to support you, then give them a try. They will always be helpful in writing letters/supporting you for apts and esa interviews etc.

Have you put in a claim for Dla for your 'care needs'?

Good luck.
