Pip review after pension age

I have an ongoing pip award at the enhanced rate for care and mobility.
As I am nearly 70 and will be 73 when my review is due, will the new rules announced in parliament recently mean I will have to reapply?

Thank you , however, I didn’t score 4 points on any of the questions, will I not have to be reassessed the same as everyone else?
