Hello I’m registered disabled and claim u/c plus lgwra plus h/rate pip elements been on u/c for 3 years due to ill health had to stop working moved into sheltered housing association studio flat u/c have been most of my rent but today got letter saying rent and surcharge is going up in April do I have to inform u/c or does housing council do this if I have to do it myself how to I tell u/c of my rent increase in April 2025 thank you for any advice
