If one is currently receiving Contribution Based ESA (Support group) but in the future (owing to a change of circumstances) wishes to claim UC, will their Support group status be transferred over to UC so they are automatically put into the LCWRA group or will they have to undergo a new WCA?
If you claim UC in the future your Support group status will be transferred to UC and you will be placed in the UC equivalent which is LCWRA ( limited capability for work and work related activity ).
