UC request Review While on holiday was created by Adam656
Can any one give me advice, I have requested holiday abroad for 3 weeks and followed UC process to report this change. After one week of being on holiday, I found in jurnal request for ID check and review and must be submitted within 5 days. What should I do. Cancel my holiday or ignore it. They already aware that I am abroad. any advice please

I can only say what I would do in your situation - but please don't take it that what I say is correct. I would leave a note on your journal reminding them that they are aware you are on holiday and therefore cannot comply with their request. I would put the ball back in their court and ask them to confirm what you should do - return from holiday or submit the information when you return (giving them the date).

Adam656, if it were me knowing they are fully aware you are away as you advised them of, then id be telling them i will be comply with their request on my return as i feel is very reasonable. I swear they do this to piss people off. They see things they want to and disregard everything that's of importance to a claimant.
