Cannot access the PIP on demand training course

I might be overreacting a bit, but I just noted on the forum, a reference to the Benefits and Work team closing for Christmas.
Today, (18th December) I renewed my subscription and also paid for the PIP training course.
I don’t, however, have access to the PIP course.
My award review form needs to be back with the DWP by 17th January (that is with an extension; it came two days ago with a date of 3rd January.)
I have emailed the BW admin mailbox.
I’m just a bit worried it won’t be actioned before they break for Christmas.
Can they be contacted ’urgently’ if I don’t hear anything by the end of 19th?

I'm having the same problem.

I have just renewed my subscription and paid for the online training this morning. PIP AR is due in 3 January ( was orginally today but managed to get an extension) , WOuld really like to look at the online training info before carrying on with the review. Heard so many conflicting ways to do it ranging from no change to basically starting again and sending in the original evidence!! I am tearing my hair out and all this against the backdrop of a house move. I will be spending Christmas day doing the AR form for my son who has Autism/ADD and Dyspraxia Dyslexia. SO can I please be added to the list of folks who need the online training ready for CHristmas. Thank you.

Can you alert for me please have just renewed subs today and bought the online package. Am going to be spending Christmas doing the review form on behalf of Autistic son!!! - due in originally today 20 December, got an extension to 3 Jan, but going to post NYE as basically miss a days postage that week due to New Years day.
