There are four types of assessments for PIP - paper-based, telephone or video or face-to- face.

The text message you received means they have done a paper-based assessment for your claim and you should receive a decision letter within two weeks.

They ask you not to phone because they only give results by letter.

The final sentence, referring to any change in circumstances, means that if your situation deteriorates or improves, you should contact the DWP and let them know.
