Your ESA and HB will have been closed automatically when you claimed UC. You need to make a new UC claim asap and then request backdating and a Mandatory Reconsideration of the previous closure. We can assist with these once you are ready to make a new UC claim. But I think the best course of action would be for you to phone Citizens Advice Help to Claim and explain your situation. They will help you make a new UC claim and with the backdating and maybe with the Mandatory Reconsideration.
