been waiting over a year local council said won’t accept one year extension.

I'm sorry, but this is a council decision and outside the forum's remit. If you haven't already done so - you can ring the DWP and ask them how long you will have to wait for your review to be processed - but until you have a decision letter it seems that your council won't budge. I don't know whether any other members have faced a similar position and come up with a solution.

I mentioned my worry about my blue badge expiring to my GP and he said he would recommend and sign any paperwork to renew my blue badge. I do have a bus pass but I don’t really use it. I also have a car park exemption from our local council so that will probably be my challenge!

I was wondering what would happen with passes, my partner has one & it will expire soon too. I’ll report back if they extend it, but I’m not expecting them to. He has a blue badge, but he wouldn’t be able to drive now.
