Hi BIS, I'm so sorry to be a pest. I am really not in the best mind state at the moment. A little background, I was until June 2023, LCWRA, I inherited some money which took me over the 16,000 thresh hold.
I have been LCWRA until June2023, I wonder if that will have any influence on the decision.
The UC113 sent to DWP from my GP surgery admin, was a print from EMIS/Patient access, and is not a correct description of my complex health conditions. All my Psychiatric and Neurology is absent from EMIS/Patient Access. My conditions are well documented in my GP notes, I have seen these notes.
My WCA due 16/10/24, was postponed last week, as yet I don't have a new date.
The SERCO customer service agent was surprisingly very helpful.
I have seen my GP 15/10/24 and she has agreed to complete, the actual UC113 provided to my GP surgery from the DWP on 16/09/24 and in addition write a letter on my behalf.
With my UC50, I did provide DWP with Neurology reports and Psychiatric reports, including upcoming Neurology review appointment dates. I also gave a diary/cover letter that describes my conditions and their effect. My GP has also referred me to Adult Mental Health Services again, as she can see the impact this is having on me
This appears to me to be incredibly complicated, right now, I feel I am to be a victim of a clerical error of astounding proportions. If you review my previous posts, for information.
I do realise my hyper thinking is ruling my obsession with this, I am also thinking I will have to ask for a mandatory reconsideration.
If DWP/HAAS is provided with the correct evidence from my GP to confirm what I have told them, I feel I have a good claim and can provide 20 years of evidence if asked, I have kept every single piece of paper the NHS has ever given me.
Genuinely, I am absolutely terrified now and it is having a negative impact on me to a high degree
Many thanks, I am sorry to be a pest
