To qualify what has been said so far, DWP rules regarding the return of the UC50 are quite complex. But in the past if you had previously notified the DWP of a mental health condition the Health Journey is not ended on late receipt of the UC50. The DWP should have set a Mental Health marker on the claim and the assessment would continue. If you need to send UC a journal message regarding a late UC50 remember to choose carefully from the drop down list which includes Work Coach, Payment, Service Issue. Don't choose Work Coach instead use Service Issue.
