listing illness in order of the worst first? was created by Dumbo1
Hi- so I've filled in my PIP form -
and then i was browsing the web and heard someone mention that I should put what is the worst condition i have that gives me the worst symptoms/effects first and the rest of my conditions in descending order as in how they affect me?. from the worst to the Least
Is that right ? should I have listed it like that or does it really matter?
I'm panicking now in case I've made a mistake
can someone advice please Thanks

Hi Dumbo1
Ideally you should list your primary condition first and then your secondary condition(s) but it does not matter as long as you have given a good explanation as to how the condition affects you, and send in any supporting documents.
Secondary conditions I usually list them in date order, oldest first.

Hi Dumbo1
If you have not yet sent it off, I would type it out on a piece of paper and glue it over top of what you had written, just make sure all the edges are glued down as it goes through a scanner at the DWP end.
Don't beat yourself up over it, we all make mistakes, I still do.
