I apologize if I am posting in the wrong category, I can't find anything to do with pension credit information. Yes I have contacted Age UK and one particular adviser assessed my situation and gave me the wrong information on my entitlement so I just can't trust them.
This query is simple, I don't seem to be able to get a clear answer anywhere else and from experience I completely trust this site.
I am on Housing Benefit, Pension Credit Guarantee and PIP, I am aware that I can go on holiday abroad and be away for no more then 4 weeks without losing my pension credit, is it 4 weeks a year total or 4 weeks on multiple occasions during one year?
It varies across benefits, for PIP it is 13 weeks, HB and PCG it is 4 weeks.
In regards to the frequency, the information I can find just states paid during a temporary absence abroad for up to 4 weeks. I cannot see anything that states temporary absence in a year. assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/governm...891536/dmgch0702.pdf see 071725 - 071739
