I have a review form to complete. Would like advise as to whether I should detail out changes - the questions are the if / how something has changed and when, how I managed this activity now and any aides, or about changes to the help I need or get ? I do not see to much advice in the guides / training on completing this review form.
You will find information on completing the review form in the Guide to PIP Claims and Reviews - from pages 128 - 134 and it goes through different options you should consider when completing the form and what to write if there is a change or no change.
