Has anyone be successful in highlighting certain words, sentences, or paragraphs even in their ESA OR PIP CLAIM FORM (inclusive of enclosed evidence) same with any APPEAL of DWP decision without being penalised for it?
I always felt tempted to do so but never dared to in case someone with poor eyesight, or who did not like flashy colours would penalise me for it.
There should be no problem with your doing it but I would not do it excessively or you will lose the impact. Also, your form will be scanned in black and white which often loses the marks from a highlighting pen so you would be best to use bold or underline if you are typing your response, you could use italics for a paragraph, or underlining or capitals if you are writing your response.
