In the guide on page 8, it says that the Deadline Day should be at least 3 months from the date on the migration notice. On page 20, it says that after setting up an online account you must make a claim within 28 days. Does this therefore mean that if I set up an online account 1 month after the migration notice date, the Deadline date would automatically be in 28 days, rather than 3 months from the migration notice date? You have three months to start your claim from the date on the Migration Notice, once you start your claim you have 28 days to complete the process although it would be unusual for this period to be needed.
