I asked PIP to photocopy my PIP how disability affects you form and supporting letters. When I received the photocopy back only 7 of the 11 documents were there. 1 imaging report missing paid for privately and 3 letters missing. Interestingly from 1 physio that I paid for privately and 2 doctors letters that I paid for privately.
