New to benefits but i am currently on NS ESA due to surgery on my ankle, I have just submitted a SN till 28/01/24 today I have received a DWP ASSESSMENT letter, I intend to start back work at the end of my current sick note as my physio is coming on well and hope to progress over the next 6 weeks to a state of being able to go back to work. What happens if I don’t attend my (telephone) assessment. Will my ESA stop or will it continue to the end of my sick note date.
