ESA 365 days end was created by MJM

How do I keep my esa running after the 365 days are up why do I have to keep applying unfortunately I’m in no fit state to return to work I retire in June 24
Please help I’m at my wits end

If you are receiving legacy ESA(CB) only or New Style ESA then the only way to continue your award is to be placed in the Support Group.

If you are eligible for legacy ESA(IR) then the 365-day limit will not apply to this.
