Tribunal success, was created by Johnjo
Thank You for all the brilliant advise on the website, I had my Tribunal this afternoon, I had 6 points and money stopped because I had been on EESA for 365 days contribution based, I now have 15 points and no reassessment for 2 years, very happy and feel as if a great weight has been lifted, I had my first heart attack in 1991, I had a quadruple bypass also in 1991, I had a further four heart attacks in 1998, I had stents in 2006, they only worked for a few months! I had another two stents the same year! the doc's said I needed another bypass, but not enough veins I could only have two grafts instead of four, I have been getting progressively worst ever since, Atos said I could return to work within 3 months! My doc' even sent a letter to say it was impossible for me to walk more than 50mts with out angina but Atos decided I could! my Doc even sent a new fit note with unfit for work indefinitely for me, I was only in the tribunal for less than 5 mins and the doc and judge had made their decision, they made their decision on the exact same paperwork that had been sent to Atos!!! if you are going to your tribunal please don't worry, the whole process is very calm, just follow the information you have on this great website, Thanks once again, John (Johnjo) :woohoo:

A Cautious congratulations.

You say you scored 15 points, was this for one Descriptor and was this one those that corresponds to the Support Group, the 15 point descriptor for Mobilising is one of these?

If you are in the SG then your payments will be re-instated, but if you have been placed in the WRAG, then I am afraid they will not.

I assume you have already checked that you are not eligible for Income Related ESA.

Hi Gordon, yes I was placed in the Support group, the 15 points was for mobilising, I don't think I'm eligible for Income Related ESA my wife works more than 16 hours! cheers John.
